Windows 7 versus Snow Leopard?

Hell no. All techno-babblers know that the official release of Windows 7 is going to be in October and Snow Leopard will release this month, so which is better? I have never liked this debate one bit because in 2009, this is like comparing apples and oranges. The problem is, the orange is trying to change into an apple.

Maybe they were both oranges before, lol excuse my lack of metaphors, but Microsoft turned into such a big monopoly that Apple had to market in some other field. Microsoft only has to maintain sales relationships and they will still have revenue unlike Apple or any alternative such as linux for that matter. Should I specify? Microsoft has relationships with the government, gaming companies, and business programs such as Microsoft Excel, I repeat Apple cannot compete with this. Also, Microsoft monopolizes over hardware companies, that's how you can get a decent computer for only $400! So how does Apple survive? By marketing towards mobile phone users, being integrated on the storefront, media such as video or music production, or more homely uses.

So how the orange trying to turn into an apple? Well Vista and Windows 7 as we all know, astoundly looks like Mac but on a generic platform that only costs $600 dollars lol. Microsoft is trying to cater towards people that usually bought generic PCs (or really cheap computers ranging from 300-600 dollars) and then people find out Vista/7 cannot run on these machines. Not only is Microsoft's operating system software trying to look like an OSX, they're also not realizing what they're monopolizing in: hella inexpensive hardware.

Conclusion? Windows users should stick with XP service pack 3, and if they want something more amazing they have to upgrade their hardware, i.e., non integrated parts lol.
